Notice of Completion Eureka County
Notice is hereby given that Eureka County, acting through its Board of Commissioners, existing by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada, is hereinafter called the Owner of the following described project.
Town of Eureka 2009 Water System Improvements- Water Tank, Booster Station & Well
Eureka County did on May 6, 2009 enter into an agreement with Sierra Nevada Construction, Inc., Nevada State Contractors License Number 0025565, for the Town of Eureka 2009 Water System Improvements- Water Tank, Booster Station & Well Proejct, and said agreement is on file in the Office of the Eureka County Clerk and Treasurer.
That on December 22,2009, the Owner accepted after final inspection by an authorized representative of the Owner finding the work to be substancially complete within the terms of the plans and specifications.
Notice of Completion was filed with the County Recorder on December 30, 2009, final payment shall be due forty days from the date of filing of this Notice of Completion.
Any creditors who may have claims against the Contractor for payment must file a claim within thirty-five days of the filing of this Notice of Completiom. For information to this notice, please contact Lumos & Associates, Inc. at 775-883-7077.
